These terms apply when you use this website to place an order, make a booking, join a virtual queue or contact Claim Flow Test. The business provides the food, drink and hospitality services; SiteSoup provides the website and ordering technology.

Claim Flow Test aims to keep descriptions, prices and availability accurate, but ingredients, portions, offers and opening times can change. An item appearing on the website does not guarantee availability. If an ordered item is unavailable, the business will contact you where practical and offer an appropriate replacement or refund.

3. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when Claim Flow Test confirms or begins preparing it. The business may reject or cancel an order because an item is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment is not authorised, the order cannot be fulfilled safely, or there is suspected misuse. Any payment taken for a cancelled item will be returned using the original payment method.

4. Prices, payment and service fees

The total price, including any clearly displayed online service fee, delivery charge or deposit, is shown before you confirm payment. Online card payments are processed securely by Stripe. SiteSoup and Claim Flow Test do not store your full card details.

5. Collection, delivery and table service

Preparation, collection, delivery and queue times are estimates and may change during busy periods. Please provide accurate contact, table and delivery information and be available to receive the order. Delivery is limited to the area shown at checkout. Risk in the order passes to you when it is collected, delivered or served.

6. Virtual queues

A virtual queue position and estimated waiting time are guides, not guaranteed appointment times. Watch for status updates and return when requested. The business may adjust the queue to manage safety, stock, capacity and in-person service fairly.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Contact Claim Flow Test promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Once food or drink preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible unless the order is faulty, incorrect or your legal rights require a refund. Booking or deposit conditions shown during checkout also apply. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

8. Allergies and intolerances

Always speak directly to staff before ordering if you have an allergy or intolerance. Online notes help pass information to the team but do not replace a conversation. Ingredients and preparation methods can change, and the business cannot promise an allergen-free environment unless it expressly confirms this to you.

9. Alcohol and age-restricted products

You must be at least 18 to order alcohol or another age-restricted product. The business may require acceptable photo identification at collection, delivery or service and may refuse supply where age or intoxication is in doubt.

10. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, submit false orders, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use another person's details without permission. Access may be restricted where misuse is suspected.

11. Responsibility

Claim Flow Test is responsible for providing its products and hospitality services with reasonable care and skill. It is not responsible for losses caused by information you supplied incorrectly, events genuinely outside its reasonable control, or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Changes and applicable law

These terms may be updated as the business or its services change. The version shown when you place an order applies to that transaction. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, while customers living elsewhere in the UK retain any mandatory local consumer protections.
